We all have a duty of care to safeguard others in our game, whether that is children
or adults.
If you (or anyone else) have a concern, you should share it and get advice – doing
nothing is never an option.
Every club in Wales has a Safeguarding Officer, these individuals are trained to
receive concerns and will know how to help you:
Our Safeguarding Officer is:
David North – 07515932470
Email: safeguardingstasaphcc@gmail.com
If that individual is not available or you are uncomfortable in any way with involving
them, then you can speak with the Club Chairperson or get help centrally.
Each Senior Cricket League has a League Safeguarding Officer:
Tony Moss - 01244 550108 - tonymoss54@gmail.com
The Cricket Wales Safeguarding Lead is Linda Medlicott, she can be contacted on
07546 695202 or linda.medlicott@cricketwales.org.uk or
Safeguarding@cricketwales.org.uk
The ECB Safeguarding Team are available on 0207 432 1200
or safeguarding@ecb.co.uk
